We can only ship to Canadian residential addresses. We ship using Canada Post. You should receive a shipping confirmation email after purchasing and when the item is shipped out.

Standard

• 3-5 business days from ordering you should receive your order (Holiday Season and Collection Drops may be a few days delayed due to high order volumes)

You may return your item within 20 days of ordering. It needs to be in unused condition and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. Once it is returned to us and is found to be in new condition, we will then issue a refund!

You may exchange your product within 20 days of ordering. It needs to be in unused condition and in original packaging. Email us for a shipping label and include a note in the package with your order number and what you are exchanging for. Once it is returned to our facility and is found to be in new condition, we will then replace your product.

Our products are all ethically sourced and made in China.

All of our sizes are labelled by age, weight and height. Please check your child's height and weight. All children are different and may be bigger or smaller for their age. All of our items are designed to fit for at least 1 year.
